Think about technology
from at least two perspectives: it changes what is taught and it changes
how students learn. Ground expectations related to technology use for
teachers, administrators, and schools in the outcomes desired for students.
Once a clear vision has been established, build scenarios around that
vision to increase understanding of what it will look like in the classroom
and the throughout the school.
All teachers and administrators should clearly see their roles, responsibilities,
and the new proficiencies they will need to truly support student learning
with technology. |
